Welcome back to another magical journey with Pushing Daisies: The Complete Second Season. We once again find ourselves at The Pie Hole where Ned (Lee Pace), Charlotte Charles (Anna Friel) and Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth) serve delicious pies to anyone who sets foot through the front doors. One of these hungry mouths is none other then detective Emerson Cod (Chi McBride) who comes in to fill his appetite for pie AND money by solving cases with the help of Ned and Charlotte. In case you forgot from Season One, Ned has the ability to use his hands to bring dead people back to life by simply touching their skin. However, each time Ned brings someone back to life for over one minute, another person must die. Anyways, back to the review…

Season Two of Pushing Daisies brings on an entirely new line-up of murders that are solved by the trio. Overall the season is not much different than the debut season. It is still fast paced with dialog that has a strong play on words and has a fairy tale aura from the blast of bright colours giving a positive vibe. The majority of scenery is still made with visual effects and some interesting camera work which expand the Pushing Daisies world. Everything about the show is still original and should be check out.
