Springfield, MA’s Maker was in an awful wreck this morning while on tour in Texas. The band lost control of their Suburban and they proceeded to flip – ejecting two of them and subsequently injuring them and placing one of their crew in critical condition.
On September 3rd LA indie rockers Indian School (formerly Audio Karate) launched a KickStarter campaign to help raise funds for a van to help get them back out on the road in support of their upcoming reissue of The Cruelest Kind which will be out on 9/25th on Animal Style Records. Funding for the campaign ends on October 18th.
Richmond, VA pop punks, Hold Tight! have announced a fall tour with Close Talker. The band is supporting their second full length, Blizzard Of 96, which was released in late-June via Animal Style Records. The band recently completed a full US tour with Pedals On Our Pirate Ships.
LA-based indie Animal Style Records welcomes New England hardcore outfit Raindance to the roster. The label has announced plans to release the band’s New Blood digitally, and on vinyl as a 1-sided 12″ limited to 500 copies (100 red, 200 pink, 200 purple) on October 30th.
Rosemead, California indie rockers Indian School have signed with LA based indie Animal Style Records which will reissue the band’s self-released debut digitally and on vinyl with all-new cover art and a new bonus track on September 25th, 2012.
